Each of my artwork prints is meticulously created upon order placement, ensuring its uniqueness. Therefore, all sales are final, and refunds, exchanges, or returns are not accepted. If your print arrives damaged, please promptly contact me using the form below.

Please note that the colors of the prints may appear slightly different in person compared to what you see on your computer monitor. This variation is due to differences in color display capabilities among computer monitors. While I cannot guarantee exact color accuracy, I strive to provide the highest quality in printed artwork.

Transport, unboxing, and installation

Shipping costs are determined at checkout. As each artwork print is produced upon order placement, please allow 2-3 weeks for production and shipping. Rest assured, orders are processed and shipped promptly. Once fulfilled, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and delivery status information.

Artwork prints are carefully packaged in sturdy boxes to ensure safe transit. To unpack, place the box on a solid surface such as a table or floor. The printed area is safeguarded by acid-free tissue paper, while the frame corners are protected by cardboard triangles. Lift the portion facing the artwork first and gently unwrap outward.

I recommend handling the work with care using cotton gloves to avoid touching the surface of the print. In the event of fingerprints, gently remove them with a soft cloth. Additionally, two hooks and matching screws are provided for hanging, allowing you to choose your preferred method.
